Brada Uniforms is the uniform atelier in Prishtina founded by designer Yllka Brada. It grew out of years of designing garments where fit and durability were never negotiable, and turned that discipline towards the people who work the longest hours in hospitality.
The first clients were restaurants that wanted something better than a catalogue order: uniforms that matched their interior, fitted their team and lasted longer than a season. That is still the brief we work to.
Everything happens in one place. Design, pattern cutting, sewing and embroidery are handled in the atelier, which is why we can hold the same standard from the first sample to a repeat order two years later – and why we can tell you honestly when a fabric will not survive your laundry.
We work with hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés and catering teams across the region. Some orders are six aprons; others dress a hotel department by department. The process is the same either way: a consultation, measurements, samples in real service, then production.
Personalisation is the part clients underestimate. Embroidery placement, thread colour and the size of a logo change how a garment reads across a room, and we test those decisions on a real sample before committing a whole order to them.
We are a small team, and that is the point. You deal with the same people from the first consultation to the delivery note, and if something is wrong with a batch you call us rather than a supplier inbox.
The atelier works across four collections: restaurant, kitchen, hotel and bar. Most clients start with one and add the rest as budget allows, which is why we keep every measurement, fabric reference and embroidery file on record.
