We collect only what you send us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number and your message. If you book a consultation we also record the date and time you choose. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
We use this information for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where it leads to an order, to manage that order – measurements, samples, production, delivery and any repeat orders you place later. Measurement records are kept because clients ask us to keep them; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Data is stored for as long as the working relationship is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that repeat orders can be matched to the original series. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted once they are clearly no longer relevant.
The website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider and email is handled through a standard email service. These providers process data on our behalf and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We do not use advertising trackers or profiling cookies.
